Fever is on.......

For all people who love Rajini heres some bit news heres what DrumsShivamani said about Endhiran music : " Watch out people...Endhiran is gonna rock you all guys out of your socks...this is ARRs best again...we are almost finished....you guys are going to love it...bigger than Kadhalan or Jeans !!"

Yoga or Gym ??

Most of us have a great doubt that what would be a better choice Gym or Yoga ? Here's a person who has experience in both, well its me :) Being an active badminton player in school I always find it difficult to be idle not playing any sport. When it was time for me to start working as I planned I successfully joined a gym in Bangalore. After doing lot of home work about what workouts and timings would suite me I started working out and slowly noticed good progress. As I got shifted to Chennai to join my new job... I couldn't find any good gymnasium around the place where I stayed so I thought had to sacrifice my early morning workouts in gym. That was the time I saw a yoga center which was very near to my place which made me think that I should give a try. Initially I thought yoga was all about meditation and breathings... but in my first class I found that my assumptions were absolutely wrong. Yeah it involves breathings and meditation but I never knew that there was something called asanas !!! The very week I found that I was feeling the same kind of energy as I was in gym . after a month It was still more better. But the sad news is again I had to shift my home nearer to my office !! Now again gym :(  But the yoga which I learned in the two months really gave me a good feel of it.  So finally which one is best ??

Gym is important for one who needs to maintain body shape and improve muscle..it involves exercises for muscle!!

Yoga on the other hand is something that is for our innerbody especially for blood circulation ! remember blood circulation is very important to building immunity !! also the yoga asanas which allows us to do more stretching which improvises blood flow easily which is good for heart. Plus breathing exercise is really an awesome combination.
If you want to shape up your body hit a gym ...

For long term yoga is really a better choice !! Be Indian :) !!
